We have been landowners and citrus farmers in the Çukurova region of Southern Turkey for more than five generations. Hunting has always been part of our identity; not as recreation, but as a legacy shaped by land and generations, rooted in discipline and respect for nature.

In the autumn of 2009, we transformed this legacy into a business by founding WildHunting Outfitters Ltd. with a clear vision: to build the finest outfitting operation in Turkey, delivering the highest level of service, ethics and quality for some of the most indigenous and prestigious species of Turkey, Europe and Central Asia.

Located at the heart of Anatolia and surrounded by some of the world’s most exclusive Capra ( Ibex / Wild Goat ) and Ovis ( Wild Sheep ) species, we naturally focused our operations on ibex and wild sheep hunting, where true expertise, long-term area management and deep hunting knowledge are essential.

Over the years, we have personally controlled, conserved and developed our hunting areas with a vision that we believe to be unique in Turkey. Our philosophy has always been rooted in fair chase principles and ethical hunting traditions, with an unwavering commitment to safeguarding both wildlife and its natural environment for our clients and generations to follow. This approach forms the foundation of our ability to maintain exceptional trophy quality and sustainable, well-managed game populations.

 

2026 marks our 17th year in the industry. Driven by a perfection-focused approach and the unwavering support of our professional guides, staff and trusted partners, we are proud to be recognized as leaders in today’s world of mountain hunting.

The Anatolian Bezoar Ibex, widely regarded as the largest and most prestigious ibex species in the world, stands at the core of our Turkish operations. Through careful wildlife management and strictly selective hunting, we have protected and strengthened this species within our concessions, enabling the consistent production of exceptional, record-class trophies.

Today, we organize the finest Ibex hunts in the world, that combine unparalleled trophy potential with experiences tailored for those seeking a refined gentleman’s pursuit, as well as for those drawn to a more physically demanding high-mountain challenge.

Temir & Kürşat EKENLER

Kürşat Ekenler

Kürşat holds an Agriculture degree from the Royal Agricultural College in Cirencester. With over 25 years of field experience, he has hunted extensively across Türkiye and internationally, developing a deep and proven expertise in mountain hunting and stalking. As one of the founders of WildHunting, Kürşat oversees all hunting operations and leads the guiding team. Throughout the season, he personally guides many of the more demanding mountain hunts, known for his leadership, professionalism, and exceptional field judgement.

Temir Ekenler

Temir holds a Business–Economics degree from the University of Exeter. With more than 17 years of industry experience, he manages all day-to-day operational affairs of WildHunting, including international relations, guest communication, reservations, and logistics. Temir is also an experienced and highly capable hunting guide. Although he guides on a limited number of hunts each year, the trophies taken under his guidance are consistently of outstanding quality, reflecting his precision, patience, and strong understanding of mountain game.
